Zie hiâh mèn geweldage salade!
Maah wat heb je nodag en hoe fix je t?
Je pak je fietsie en gaat na de appiehèjn!
As je daar bent, pak je ein maandje of ein karretie, want anders wogte de kassa chickies baus!
Dit heb je nodag:
Geraukte kippenborst
Honing gètenkaas, Kant en klaar, bè de zùivelafdeling
Gemixte èsbergsla (met tùinkrùide)
Mais
Honing appel dressing
Krielties
Hoe maak je ut:
Je bak de krieltjes, met ein beitje zâht en pepâh. En botâh, das auk wel handag.
Meistal moete ze 8 a 10min bakke en braaie.
As ze gebakke zèn, laat je ze afkoele.
Dan neim je de mais en laat je die ùitlekke.
Je snèd de geraukte kippenborst in reipjes van ongeveâh 1cm breid en ongeveâh 4cm lang.
Je pak de in gètekaas die in de honing, en snèd deze in blokjes van 1cm.
Je pak as laaste de sla, zodasie lekkâh lang in de koelkast ken blève,
Je mieteg dan alles in ein bak, giet 'r dressing overhein.
Eventueil bietje zâht en pepâh erovâh.
Dan ist klaar en ken je geniete.
